I grew up never quite fitting in, a sensitive kid with big emotions in a home where there was no room for them. Much of what shaped me also disconnected me. My mind was always processing the currents and patterns running underneath the surface—the things that went unsaid in my family and in the world.

This deep, intuitive processing of my roots is the engine of my work.

I built a career in education advocacy because, as someone who felt misunderstood and neurodivergent, I wanted to be the person I needed growing up. It was purposeful work, but working inside the systems I once survived only amplified what I hadn’t faced in myself.

Burnt out, disconnected, and tired of performing, I stepped away to focus on myself and claim my own creative spotlight. I needed to take the deep wisdom channeled through my experience and use it to cultivate a space for people who deserve to be truly seen—a space that helps you see yourself as you are.

Conscious AF is not a brand. It is embodied wisdom. It is my  response to the spaces that made me feel broken for being different. It is the umbrella for my voice and creative work.

My Voice, My Work

Here, I don’t have your answers. I just share what I’m thinking, what I’m learning, and what I’m still figuring out. My work is simply my existence, unfiltered. I take the wisdom that flows through me and put it into unapologetic creative form.

This energy flows directly into every avenue:

• The NAVI Way: This is where my embodied wisdom focuses on the next generation, creating a grounded container for the next generation to move toward radical self-sovereignty.

• The Blog and Podcast: This is where I process my thoughts out loud, giving language to the intuitive,  truths you might be feeling but couldn't name.

This isn’t about becoming your "highest self." It's about being present with all of yourself, learning who you are, and building your life from that foundation.
