There's a chance you are part of my tribe. Welcome to my little corner of the internet. My name is DOLL and Conscious AF, was born from the exact clarity and truth I couldn't find when I was deep in my own search for purpose and meaning. I tried it all—therapy, self-help, books, manifesting programs, meditation—but nothing worked. I finally realized I didn't need a method or fix; I needed permission to be in the imperfect.
I grew up never quite fitting in, a sensitive kid with big emotions in a home of emotionally frozen adults. Much of what shaped me also disconnected me. My mind was always processing the currents and patterns running underneath the surface—the things that went unsaid in my family and in the world.
After college I went on to build a career in education advocacy because, as someone who felt misunderstood and underserved as a child, I wanted to be the person for the youth I needed growing up. It was purposeful work, but working inside the systems I once survived only amplified what I hadn’t faced in myself.
Burnt out, disconnected, and tired of performing, I walked away to dismantle myself. I have taken the deep wisdom channeled through my experiences and used it to cultivate a space for people who deserve to be truly seen—a space that helps us see ourselves as we are.

As a daughter of first generation immigrants I know first hand how hard it is to find spaces that center melenated and marginalized folks. Conscious AF is my response to the spaces that made me feel broken for being different.

Mission
To create spaces where people can finally see themselves, and be witnessed- flaws and all.

To inspire a generation that is emotionally honest— owns their personal narrative, and move through life rooted in their own voice, presence, and truth.

Allowing what is real to be spoken- even when it is unfunished, contradictory or unresolved.​​
