Conscious AF exists to hold the unheld, honor the invisible, and model that true presence can be radical, restorative, and quietly revolutionary.
This is the space I built to reclaim my right to be authentically seen. My truest hope is to create containers where people can be witnessed in the parts of themselves that are usually too much, too quiet, or too unfinished for others----- without being fixed, guided, or rushed.
My work doesn't answer questons but inspires you to think. I don't mentor or guide I'd rather I sit beside you in the unknown.
What I offer is an energetic invitation to be courageously seen and held in your truth.
